Director
Mr. V.Subramaniyan is the man behind the growth of ‘‘Subam Engineering’’ and experienced his 16 years in All Kind Of Engineering Works & Fabrication Works.TOOLINGS and MANUFACTURING.
The Company has a highly motivated, trained and dedicated workforce working on modern and advanced machineries at two different units. The company manages the entire mould making operation independently i.e. Design, Development & Testing. We also develop moulds to carter to our international clients. Due to our inhouse component manufacturing division and tool room capabilities, the tools produced are competitively priced with short delivery periods.
EMPLOYEES
We have 16 employees who are highly motivated, competent and experienced in fabrication and assembly of equipment’s. We have performance linked bonuses and incentive schemes. We listen to our employees & continuously engage in one to one dialogue with them.
We are contributing major sum towards their insurance which will safeguard them & their family against death, accidents and major illnesses.
We have also invested heavily on providing home loan scheme for majority of our employees.
WAY WE WORK
Working closely with customers is nature of our business. This will start right from the concept stage till the equipment/system is finally handed over. With our experience we can prepare several possibilities in layouts to achieve the end result. Our experienced engineers will assist in design, engineering, manufacturing & installation.
